The homes are gorgeous and spacious. They offer a view that is short of just spectacular. My only issues are that some of the outlets don't work, some showers do not properly function and some of the appliances were also not functional (blender and a coffee maker). There has to be a better handle on maintenance.

The house is equipped with everything needed, the access is some what difficult due to weather can be improved

The apartment was just GREAT!! Everything clean, fully equipped, A/C working great in every room, comfortable beds, surrounded by nature (including monkeys next to the house)... Loved it!!

The only detail was the last 50m to get to the home, it was a hard road even for a 4x4.

La casa es comoda en tamaño, pero tiene un acceso dificil para vehículos pequeños (automóviles), las persianas de las habitaciones estaban dañadas y no cerraban por completo, la piscina es pequeña para compartir con por la cantidad de personas que se pueden hospedar, no se informa que el parqueo se debe de compartir y los vehículos deben de quedar en la vía pública.

The only thing is that the entrance to the house is complicated with an small car but other than that everything was fine

Wanting a more intimate setting for family, this was the perfect bill. We had a great time. There was a couple of issues that came up, but the management took care of them in a timely manner. Only issue that i had was with the anemities. It states that there is a jacuzzi. A small tub with jets does not a jacuzzi make. Just saying. Other than that, it was a very nice experience.

La casa es bastante cómoda. En cuanto al mobiliario de exterior si requiere ser mejorado y algunos detalles com una ducha que no servía y cosas pequeñas que con un mejor mantenimiento se solucionan. El acceso si es un poco difícil y costaba entrar ya que por las lluvias los carros patinaban, se debería valorar tirar piedra o hacer algo.

Excelente para compartir con familia y amigos!

The best vacation trip done over the last 20 years. Mexico,Jamaica,Cuba, Dominican republic. Costa Rica beets them all.

Website pictures don't do any justice to the house it was very spacious. Walking to town is a short 10 min. walk but walking back is a different story, the house is located on a somewhat steep hill. A cab ride back will cost about $4-$5 but renting a vehicle is the way to go, it makes it a lot easier to get to the supermarket and such.
The town is being develop very quickly, and you can experience monkeys hanging out on the trees outside the house, at the same time a couple of small field mice made their way inside the house, this being a huge no no in the States but taking our surroundings into consideration is to be expected.
Great place!! I highly recommend it!!

Great stay at a great house near the beach in Tamarindo. Lot's of space, clean and comfortable. House staff were great and attentive and were good at solving any minor problems and answering questions. Good base to explore national parks in Palo Verde and Rincon de la Vieja and beach towns down the Nicoya coast. Not bad drive from San Jose, but better if you come down from Liberia. Great seafood and fishing and the surfing was the best for older people trying to get it up on the water ! Thanks for a great stay. We will be back ! p.s. and now we know why it is called the lucky monkey house. There was a big family of howler monkeys that would visit us in trees near the house in the late afternoon and sometimes in the mornings ! They were our closest neighbors for the week ! Also saw sea turtles and manta rays, plus lot's of cool birds. What a wonderful country and people. Pura Vida ! All the best, James
